TOtunes music shop sells custom apparel and accessories fulfilled via Printify. All products are printed and fulfilled on demand.
2. Orders and Fulfillment
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled as products begin the fulfillment process immediately. Please double-check your order details before checkout.
All orders are processed and shipped by third-party Printify print providers. Fulfillment times may vary based on the product, provider, and shipping destination.
3. Returns and Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item is:
• Defective
• Misprinted
• Damaged
• Incorrectly fulfilled
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and your order number. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
4. Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the print provider.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including designs, logos, and text, is the property of TOtunes.com and may not be copied or used without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
